We are looking for you on a part-time or full-time basis at our location in Ulm.
We are a german high-tech company based in Ulm and an innovative manufacturer and developer of energy storage technology. Focusing on innovations in intelligent load management and reliable battery management systems have made BOS energy storage systems and batteries one of the most popular in the caravan and boat industry in Europe. At the same time, our off grid systems provide independence from the poor power grid, diesel gensets and other sources. This has enabled us to reach key markets in rural areas in Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America with insufficient access to modern energy services.
Job description
This is what your work looks like
- You will be the point of contact for employees and managers on HR and employment issues such as parental leave, part-time working and redundancy
- Creating and publishing job advertisements, coordinating the entire application process and conducting interviews in collaboration with the relevant departments
- You will be responsible for overseeing induction processes and drafting and managing employment contracts, contract amendments and other HR related documents
- Maintenance of personnel files, update HR data and process working time and absence reports such as holiday and sick leave requests
- You will prepare the implementation and review of the monthly payroll
- You will also support projects aimed at digitalising and optimising HR processes
Profile

- You have a degree in Human Resources or comparable training and experience in Human Resources that meets the requirements of this position
